then drag it up the fretboard, then slide it over a little
to that you're scraping both the e & b strings at the same time.
(That's what the ~ represents here). Then slide back down,
scraping back and forth, with a few three-fret length hammer ons
and pull offs somewhere around the middle and hihger frets.

m = mute

\ = slide up (lower frets)
/ = slide down (higher frets)
b = bend
r = release
(I just added it witht the vibrato symbol to help emphasise how strong to vibrato it,
which means, istead of striking the note once and vibrating it, strike it repeatedly
while doing a vibrato.)
X = deaden (same thing as mute)
N = Natural harmonic (hold finger just above the 2nd fret, but don't press down, it will get you a
light, rining sort of sound, or something like that.)
u = upstroke
d = downstroke
